1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Uncivil Engineer ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application. The Application is developed and maintained by Quietden Experience.

2. NATURE OF THE APPLICATION

Uncivil Engineer is a satirical, interactive web-based game about civil engineering, infrastructure, and bureaucracy. All cities, structures, characters, events, and scenarios depicted are entirely fictional. All references to IS codes, ASCE standards, and other engineering specifications are used for satirical and educational commentary purposes.

3. USE LICENSE

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Application for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Application without prior written consent.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Application.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Application's servers or infrastructure.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Application.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities for unintended advantage.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, code, text, graphics, and game mechanics in the Application are the intellectual property of Quietden Experience and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. "Uncivil Engineer", "Vikasnagar", and associated branding are trademarks of Quietden Experience.

6. DISCLAIMER

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The satirical content should not be construed as professional engineering advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or preservation of game state data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quietden Experience shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.

8. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
